Those criminals has intended to imposed some ransomware on your mobile phone.
You should know that the world is busy searching for a way out to the current outbreak of the Covid-19 virus, so some hackers has intended to use that opportunity to confiscate some Android phones.
The malicious app will asked you to grant some permission. And if you did it, they’ll easily get access to your smartphone. If you are the type who doesn’t enable screen lock like password, PIN, Pattern then you are more easier to be confiscated.
You don’t need to worry too much if your Android phone is running the latest updates from Android 7 nougat and above, because Google has added some security measures to control such attacks.
